JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448, 341, 323, 380 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioners entered into the house of the informant robbed the jewellary and assaulted to the informant and his father. It is also alleged against petitioner Mahendra Yadav and co-accused Dilip Yadav to have resorted to fire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no

Considering the fact that the father of the informant received two grievous injuries, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Akabarpur P.S. Case No. 326 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Nawada. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
