Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Five live cartridges of .315 bore were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 04-05-2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Forbesganj P.S.
