This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

One hundred and five liters of liquor was allegedly recovered from possession of two persons, including the petitioner, jointly carrying the same. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.11.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with G.O. Case No. 164 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti, Madhubai, or successor Court.
