The petitioner seeks bail in Risiup P.S. Case No. 19/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 38 of the Bihar Excise Act.

The petitioner was going on a motorcycle, the police intercepted the petitioner and from possession of the petitioner 410 pouches each containing 200 m.l. of country-made liquor was recovered.

It is submitted that 82 litres of country-made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 14.03.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about 02 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-
