ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 25.12.2017 in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 434/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467/468/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been taken into custody on suspicion while he was trying to steal a motorcycle. It is further submitted that on the basis of selfconfession, the petitioner has been facing prosecution and is languishing in jail.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has got no criminal history,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19379 of 2018 (3) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd J.M. Class Sadar, Mothiari, East Champaran, in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 434/2017.
