JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It is pointed out that petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail along with eight other accused persons vide order dated 03.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4450 of 2015 but due to his illness he could not surrender before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S.Case No. 78 of 2014 in time, though the rests accused have already surrendered before the concerned court and accordingly, it is prayed that time for surrender before the concerned court be extended for further period of four weeks. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24446 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/ concerned court in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S.Case No. 78 of 2014 within four weeks from today and if, petitioner does so the concerned court shall pass appropriate order in the light of order dated 03.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4450 of 2015 Accordingly, the above stated order stands modified to the above stated extend and this modification petition stands disposed of.
