Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and section 7 of the E.C. Act. Petitioner was khalasi of the tanker on which kerosene oil was being transported.

Although it is alleged that petitioner was engaged in stealing kerosene oil but considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, (East), Muzaffarpur in Sakara P.S.
