This is an application for bail in connection with Bhabua P.S.Case No. 625 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (r) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes(Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and, as a matter of fact, there was love affairs between the petitioner and the victim girl, which is evident from the supervision note of the Dy. S.P. and he is in custody since 18.10.2016.

Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that not only in the FIR but also in the statement

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9052 of 2017 (3) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 under Section 164 Cr.P.C. there is allegation against the petitioner. Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected.

However, let the trial be expedited.
