The petitioner, namely, Mohan Singh is in custody in Dharhara P.S. Case No.89 of 1994 under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail for which the petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2015. Considering the above facts, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No.89 of 1994, G.R. No.1892 of 1994. One of the conditions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34940 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 for the grant of bail is that one bailor should be the close relative of the petitioner and the other bailor must be co-villager. The second condition is that he must appear before the Court below on each and every date. If he fails to appear on two consecutive dates, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
