The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 302 and 328/34 of the I.P.C. Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner have committed murder of the informant's daughter by poisoning.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 4.4.2016. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Charge sheet has been submitted for an offence under Section 306 of the I.P.C. The petitioner is a lady. She happens to be the Gotani of the deceased.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35223 of 2016 (3) dt.21-10-2016 2/2 Due to some family dispute, the deceased is said to have committed suicide.

On behalf of the State and the learned counsel for the informant, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M.(P), Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. case No.44 of 2016.
