However, counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.2 appending Annexure A which is an office order dated 29.10.2012 passed by the District Magistrate, Patna granting licence to the petitioner on payment of requisite fee as well as on submission of requisite photographs and documents etc. In view of the fact that the order of grant of licence has already been passed by the District Magistrate and perhaps that is the reason why the petitioner has not appeared, this writ application has become infructuous and, accordingly, the same stands disposed of.
