Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.
The first information report goes to show that the petitioner was caught by the police officials of SSB personnel with 51 bottles of Nepali country made liquor and after that SHO, Valmikinagar police station produced production-cum- seizure list but the production-cumseizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 18.6.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate,
