Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2017 registered under Sections- 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.02.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16875 of 2017 (2) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2017.
