Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as it is the petitioner who has sent the intimation to the informant regarding death of her daughter.

From perusal of the first information report, it is apparent that the accused had been threatening the informant and her children since before and, as per allegation, the petitioner is alleged to have committed the murder of the girl Kiran Kumari, daughter of the informant when she was alone in her residence.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16769 of 2018 (3) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of the allegations, this Court, for the present, is not inclined to allow the prayer for bail of the petitioner. The same is rejected.
