Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been made accused in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 21.04.2019.
