JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents for removal of the encroachment made over the public land situated at plot no. 6361(new), 4268 (old), thana no. 206 in village Bilaspur under Gram Panchayat Raj Sirniyan West, Hayaghat, Darbhanga.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1803 of 2021(2) dt.29-07-2022 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Hayaghat, Darbhanga i.e. the Respondent No. 4. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner before the Respondent No. 4 within a period of four weeks from today, the Respondent No. 4 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act 1956, after hearing the affected parties, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
