Petitioner is not named in the first information report but his name surfaced in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Ram Bahadur Singh and except the aforesaid confessional statements, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class Barh, Patna in connection with Maranchi P.S.Case No. 126 of 2015.
