This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 457, 380, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2016. Allegation is that he was apprehended while he was committing theft in the house of the informant along with others. Submission is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the period, the petitioner has already undergone, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
