2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Shampur P.S. Case no. 12 of 2025 instituted for the offence under Sections 115 (2), 324 (2), 126(2), 117(2), 333, 74, 303 (2), 109 (1), 79, 351(3) and 3 (5) of the BNS Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with one another being armed with weapon entered into the house of the informant at about 10:00 P.M.. It is further alleged that the accused persons assaulted the mother of the informant. It is also alleged that petitioner no. 2 along with one

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the occurrence took place on 07.02.2025 where as the FIR has been lodged on 10.02.2025, after two days of the occurrence. It is also submitted that there was hot talk between the informant and the petitioners, who are next door neighbours and the matter was conciliated by well wishers but after some time, the present case has been filed. Further submission is that from perusal of the order of the trial Court, it will transpire that the victim of this case has received simple injury.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the prayer of bail of the petitioner.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Shampur P.S. Case no. 12 of 2025, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
