2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kako (Belawar) P.S. Case No. 86 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner no. 01 is the second wife of the husband of the deceased, petitioner no. 02 is the mother-in-law

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner no. 1 and 2, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to them. So far as petitioner no. 3 is concerned, he is the junior member of the family and there is general and omnibus allegation against him.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed with regard to petitioner no. 3 and dismissed with regard to petitioner no. 1 and 2.

7. Let the petitioner no. 3, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Kako (Belwar) P.S. Case No. 86 of 2026, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
