The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016 registered under Sections 365 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the daughter of the informant Mamta Kumari were student of Bahera College, Bahera, Darbhanga. They were having affair from before and out of her own will, the victim went together with the petitioner. It is submitted that even in course of investigation several witnesses

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35366 of 2016 (2) dt.23-08-2016 2 / 2 have stated that it was the victim who had come to the shop of the petitioner and induced him to accompany her. Be that as it may, regard being had to the nature of allegation, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016.
