JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of making assault by the petitioner to the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that lacerated wound of marginal size has been found on the scalp whereas tendrous and swelling have been found on the upper arm and finger, though, the opinion with regard to the injuries has been kept reserved.

Considering the nature of accusation and the injury, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

No.24405 of 2015 (2) dt.29-06-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 37 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Aurangabad. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
