Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 401/414/353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Stolen property was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2016. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got similar type of few criminal cases.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
