Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 307, 386, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier case was lodged by the petitioner's side. There is old dispute between the parties and in the aforesaid background demand of ransom and firing was made which caused no injury to anyone.

Submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and just to pressurize in the earlier case, present false case has been lodged.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20603 of 2018 (5) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) Police Station Case No. 622 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
