The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Section 353 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is, of course, named in the F.I.R. but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. It is alleged that a mob came on NH 31, pelted stones and blocked the road. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is a lady, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24134 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Khagaria (Muff) P.S. Case No. 216/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
