Petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 2 of 2017 registered under Sections- 457, 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating therein that charge has been framed in the case on 12.04.2017. The copy of the orders has been annexed as Annexure-1 to the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 05.01.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16146 of 2017 (4) dt.19-07-2017 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with N.T.P.C. P.S. Case No. 2 of 2017.
