This is an application seeking some relaxation as regards to regular attendance of the petitioner vide order dated 17th October 2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.25432 of 2014, in connection with Special Case No. 183 of 2002 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No.33 of 1992, pending before the Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur.

It is submitted that petitioner is posted at Ranchi (Jharkhand) and he feels difficulty in attending the Court on each and every date. In view of the above, in last but three paragraph of the order where the words "on two consecutive dates" are mentioned, it may be read as "on four consecutive dates".
