The petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2017 in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No.238 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is wholly concocted and the main dispute is between the informant-Sanjeet Yadav and Manish Yadav and not against this petitioner.
