Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with POCSO Case No. 16 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 342, 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact no such occurrence took place. The petitioner and the victim are next door neighbours and the victim used to pluck vegetable from the field of the petitioner and petitioner had objected to the same. Moverover, no any injury has been found supporting the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37850 of 2020(5) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 allegations. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge I-cum-Special Judge, Lakhisarai in connection with POCSO Case No. 16 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
