Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 341,323, 354(A), 379, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 3(i)(ii)(xi) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The informant made allegation of assault and abusing against the petitioners. The petitioners are the ladies. The occurrence is said to have taken place on 22.08.2014 but the informant presented his written application on 26.08.2014 on which F.I.R. was lodged. Prior to lodging of the present case from the side of the petitioners, a Complaint Case No. 2560 of 2014 was filed on 25.08.2014.

Considering the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are the ladies, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria, in connection with Araria SC/ST P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
