Petitioner seeks bail in Supaul P.S. Case No.229 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2019. There is no injury to anybody. In the written report, it is alleged that police got information that two boys are making firing. It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that for the same offence two cases have been filed against the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.229 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
