Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 325, 307, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 4-10-2023, his brother parked a motorcycle in the courtyard and went inside when in the meantime, the goat of Mangan Paswan (Petitioner No. 1) came and chewed the wire of the motorcycle on account of which the wire snapped and the

No.43908 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/3 informant went to complain when it is alleged that Mangan assaulted the informant by an iron rod causing injury on his head and thereafter petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the father of the informant by iron rod injuring him and when his wife came to rescue, she was also assaulted.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from perusal of allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that on a trivial issue, an altercation took place in which the both sides assaulted each other. It is also submitted that a compromise has been entered in between the petitioners and the informant on intervention of well-wishers, as would manifest from Annexure-3 to the anticipatory bail application, i.e., the Compromise dated 21-3-2024.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where
