The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 420, 467 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Kumari Ganga Devi, a Revenue Clerk, and her husband Kailash Mahton are alleged to have received different applications for mutation and issuance of caste certificates. The petitioner, being the Munshi, is alleged to have assisted Kumari Ganga Devi and Kailash Mahton. Kumari Ganga Devi and Kailash Mahton have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17987/2015. It is submitted that the case of the petitioner stands on better footing.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24172 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 124/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
