The police on confidential information apprehended one Md. Shakil, from whose possession one loaded countrymade pistol, live cartridges were recovered. On interrogation, the aforesaid Md. Shakil had disclosed that just now, he purchased it from Md. Azad, Ujawal Kumar @ Uttam Kumar, Pinkesh Kumar against Rs.6,500/-.

Accordingly, petitioner, Ujjawal Kumar @ Ujawal Kumar @ Uttam Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.
