The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that it is a case where several persons has beaten up a boy, had accidentally dashed into the motorcycle of the accused petitioners and has died, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
