2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 504, 353, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have instigated the people of locality to create nuisance in the campus, as a result of which informant was assaulted by the accused persons.

4. It is submitted that as a matter of fact petitioner was appointed as CRCC (Cluster Resource Centre Coordinator) by Education Department and it was the duty of petitioner to visit the schools of the Rajpur Block and to verify the various

During inquiry, irregularities in various schemes in Middle School Tiyara was found which was brought to the higher authorities, as a result of which this false and fabricated case has been lodged. Moreover, there is no allegation of commission of assault against petitioner, he is only alleged to have instigated the people. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 150 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
