Patna High Court CWJC No.10346 of 2011 (6) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 It is admitted at the Bar that all dues of the petitioner have been paid. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been instructed that interest has not been paid to the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before the respondent no. 4 with regard to non-payment of any statutory interest on the dues of the petitioner. If such representation is filed within four weeks along with a copy of this order, the concerned officer shall look into the matter and if it is found that the statutory interest in accordance with law on any of the dues of the petitioner has not been paid, the same shall be so done within the next three weeks.
