JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was thrice rejected and while rejecting the bail prayer of the petitioner, the trial court was directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within five months but it is informed that the trial of the petitioner has not been concluded as yet. However, six months further time has already been granted to the trial court for conclusion of the trial of the petitioner.

The petitioner is said to have committed rape on a minor girl, therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and again his prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39739 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 bail stands rejected.
