JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within six months of the marriage for non-fulfilment of the dowry demand. The F.S.L. report suggests that the victim died due to poisoning as Aluminum Phosphide was detected. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present application is rejected in connection with Tajpur PS. Case No. 88 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Samastipur.
