Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 31.03.2022, passed in Cr.Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44266 of 2022(2) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 No. 13219 of 2021, by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail. A prayer has also made in the application for correction in the name of the father of petitioner nos. 4 and 5 as 'Vijay Singh' in place of Dadan Singh.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 31.03.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 13219 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today and the name of the father of petitioner nos. 4 and 5 shall be read as 'Vijay Singh' in place of Dadan Singh. Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
