The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 109, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that while informant was harvesting the paddy crops on the land of Praveen Kumar Choubey then the accused persons including the petitioners prevented and took mobile from her blouse and carried bundles of paddy from the land in question.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in fact, the petitioners' land fraudulently been transferred by Bhairav Nath Choubey in favour of Praveen Kumar Choubey and the present case has been lodged at the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23832 of 2015 (2) dt.26-06-2015 behest of Praveen Kumar Choubey when Title Suit for the alleged transfer is pending.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 233 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
