The petitioner has been in custody on his remand since 11.12.2017 in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 140/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/395/365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present case on mere suspicion and on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the petitioner nor has he been placed on T.I.P. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
