Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Malaypur P.S.Case No.10 of 2019 dated 17.2.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 465, 468, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case is that the petitioner was appointed as the constable and while taking training, the Commandant apprehends some foul play in his appointment, as such sent his OMR sheet for examination before the F.S.L. It further appears that though there are some discrepancy in writing but no final report has been submitted up till now.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that without inquiry this case has been lodged against this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36192 of 2019(3) dt.16-09-2019 2/2 petitioner and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Jamui in connection with Malaypur P.S.Caase No.10 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that he will cooperate in the investigation and also to the authority concerned in the proceeding initiated against him.
