JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-11-2016 Sri Nityanand Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to AAG-4, submits that despite his best effort, he is not in a position to get any further instruction. Though, earlier the case was adjourned to ascertain as to whether the order of the writ court has already been complied with or not, whereas learned State Counsel submits that as per show cause, the order of the writ court has already been complied with. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has got information that the sole petitioner has died. Thereafter, a substitution petition got also prepared, but till date none has approached him.

In view of stand taken by learned State Counsel as well as the fact that no substitution petition has been filed, there is

Patna High Court MJC No.3894 of 2011 (6) dt.16-11-2016 2/2 no reason to keep the matter pending.

The petition stands disposed of.
