The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017, registered under Section 341, 323, 494, 498(A) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of torture of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and other reasons and also to perform remarriage by the husband of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant, who is wife of the petitioner has lodged this case due to misunderstanding. The petitioner is in custody since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15011 of 2017 (2) dt.13-04-2017 2/2 31.01.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-1, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017.
