2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 324, 326, 341, 504, 506, 498A, 304B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It is a case of 'Dowry Death'. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners killed daughter of the informant for dowry.

4. Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased and there is specific allegation that they killed the deceased for dowry. The deceased died in an unnatural circumstances within seven years of marriage at her
