JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 09-12-2016 The petitioner has invoked public interest jurisdiction of the Court raising grievance in respect of lack of connectivity of certain villages on account of River Kamala. The petitioner has sought construction of a concrete bridge over River Kamala.

2. In the counter affidavit it is pointed out that the State Government has decided to adopt another mode of communication and connectivity between the adjoining villages by providing all weather single connectivity road in the area which is under process of completion. It is stated that a road under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak

Patna High Court CWJC No.21964 of 2014 dt.09-12-2016 Yojana (PMGSY) is under construction in the Raghauli village which is being merged in State Highway 75. Another road is also under construction which passes through Lalpur and Singhia villages and thus there will not be any problem for the people residing in the concerned villages in all seasons.
