JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 151 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited the attention of this Court to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. He submits that the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. indicates that the victim at her own volition has joined the wedlock with the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.06.2020. Considering the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
