Petitioners seek bail in connection with Anti P.S. Case No. 5 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 124A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13, 16B, 18, 20, 21 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been

Petitioners are men of clean antecedent and are in custody since 27.01.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Gaya in connection with Anti P.S. Case No. 5 of 2019.
