This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 420 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended at the spot, on suspicion that he had snatched the ear-ring of the informant. However, the ear-ring was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.10.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
